The Process

Once we decide to work together, I will send several questionnaires. Questions about your goals, concerns, history, symptoms, habits and lifestyle. You will also receive an invitation to Cronometer, a food and biometric log. I will go through the information you’ve shared and make recommendations based on your individual needs. If you have severe symptoms, I may suggest testing right off the bat. Otherwise, I’d like you to spend at least a month working on the recommendations and we can assess if the protocol is going in the right direction.  Depending on the package chosen, I am available for questions and followup meetings as well as a reevaluation.

I want my clients to be successful.  The recommendations may seem difficult, but they are chosen to give you the best chance at becoming your healthiest self.  I am here to help, but the client has to pull their weight, because I cannot make the changes for you.  We can work together to brainstorm how to make changes and where to find the motivation. I will be in your corner supporting you.

But, there is no easy fix, and there is no magic supplement or perfect diet.  I don’t use the word diet to mean weight loss.  Diet is how you feed your body.  And diet is not static.  What works to heal your body, may not be how you eat forever.  That said, eating real food and eschewing processed “food” is never wrong.

Health cannot improve without changing the status quo.  You can’t keep making the same choices but expecting positive change.   If you don’t like how you feel, let’s take steps to fix that.  It won’t happen overnight, but it will happen, as long as you keep taking that next step.

Complementary Call

A complimentary, 30-minute consultation call to share your story. I want to hear about your health goals, your concerns, and your questions. I’ll let you know the basics of how I work, and we’ll go from there!

Discovery Session

The discovery session is a two-part meeting focused on a complete intake interview and a personalized report of findings. We will review your health history, food journal, nutritional assessment questionnaire. and collaborate on ideas to reach your health and wellness goals. In the recommendations meeting, you’ll receive bio-individual dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations as well as resources and guides.

During the discovery session, we can also explore options for functional laboratory testing (GI Map, MRT Food Sensitivity test, Hormone/Adrenal test), as appropriate for your health concerns.

Wellness Package

The wellness package includes everything in the Discovery sessions plus continued support for three months, additional educational resources, 3 follow-up sessions, unlimited messaging access and a full re-evaluation at the 3 month mark.

In-Person Kettlebell Training

One on one or small group sessions, either in your home or my gym.

Sessions may be purchased as single or by total number of sessions. Individual and package pricing will be discussed prior to scheduling your first session. Discounts will be applied for sessions purchased in advance as a package. Ex. 3 month, 6 month etc.

Optimus-Sui Package

The Optimus-Sui Package is an in-depth package for those who want comprehensive support their foundational health. Included is an assessment of your nutritional needs and symptoms, a GI-MAP stool test and MRT food sensitivity test with analysis and protocol, resources, continued support with four 30 minute sessions, unlimited messaging and a re-evaluation after 3 months.
